In the event of an in-flight medical issue, the app features a patient assessment tool that streamlines patient care. This tool aids in evaluating patients and includes the capability to transmit vital sign data directly to MedLink. Additionally, the integrated Medical Kit feature informs MedLink about the medical supplies available on board and alerts users when kits require refurbishment.

The app provides timely push notifications regarding health and safety risks that could affect operations and itineraries. These alerts cover a range of critical issues, including pandemic outbreaks, civil unrest, and natural disasters, offering actionable advice to ensure informed decision-making.

Through its Aviation Travel Security Briefs, users gain insights into medical and security considerations relevant to specific airport locations. Furthermore, Airspace Assessments provide detailed overviews of threats present in a country's airspace, along with recommendations to mitigate exposure to these dangers. Both resources can be conveniently downloaded and emailed via the app.
